Unfortunately due to the current circumstances we will only be dispatching from our warehouses MONDAY - FRIDAY. This means orders placed on a Friday will be dispatched on the Monday so don't panic if you don't receive your shipping confirmation over the weekend!

How long does it take to dispatch my order?

We make every effort to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Normally orders are dispatched in 1-2 business days. During peak period, sales and holidays, dispatch may take 1-5 days. Please be patient with us during those busy times. If you have not received tracking information from us within 5 days of placing your order please contact us and we will make sure your bag gets to you.

I’m a US customer, when will I get my order?

We offer FREE (no rush) shipping. Delivery ranges from 3-12 days depending on your shipping address. During peak period, sales and holidays, delivery may take 3-16 days. Please note, this estimate does not include dispatch and there is a chance your order will be delayed by forces outside of our control, such as carrier delays, extreme weather.

Return

How do I return an item?

To be eligible for a return, it must be within 30 days of receiving your product and your it must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return email us support@apwr.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package, the return shipping costs will be on you. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We charge a 5% processing fee on any returned items. You can always contact us with any return questions support@apwr.com

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
